Insider's Guide
Hip and historic, Federal Hill is home to a smorgasbord of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, music venues and museums. At the center of it all is Cross Street Market, one of six public markets built in Baltimore during the 18th and 19th centuries. A big draw for residents and visitors alike, the Market houses 24 stalls selling everything from fresh produce, poultry and meat to knick knacks, baked goods and sushi.
