DDG was founded in the late 1970s and today has a portfolio of commercial developments around the world.
DDG’s award-winning projects include Istanbul, Turkey’s Istinye Park; Columbus, Ohio’s Easton Town Center; and, most recently, the 132-store Portales shopping center in Guatemala City, Guatemala. DDG received the 2013 ICSC Latin America Shopping Center Award for its work on the project.
DDG has designed movie theaters for Muvico and iPic Entertainment and handled master planning, architecture, and retail design for National Harbor, the 240-acre mixed-use project on the Potomac River. Currently, DDG has been involved in renovations and property improvements throughout the region for both
Westfield and
Federal Realty Investment Trust.
