Incorporated in 1983 RMF Engineering initially focused on mechanical and electrical engineering. Over the past 27 years,  RMF has expanded its services, adding five offices along the Eastern seaboard. The firm is nationally recognized for the analysis, planning, and design of complex buildings and campus utility generation and distribution systems. Disciplines include: mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, infrastructure, and aquacultural engineering. Other services include commissioning, plant operations, emissions testing, and non-destructive testing. The firm also has several experienced LEED Accredited Professionals.

RMF was established to provide various communities with responsive and quality engineering services within budgetary requirements. A minimum of two principals are involved in the administration, field investigations, and detailed design for any project contracted with the firm. The active principal involvement is somewhat unique and provides our clients with the highest quality engineering.
