Founded in 2003, Rooftop Communications LLC, has become a leading boutique marketing and branding agency. The company handles public relations, advertising and marketing for a number of clients in the healthcare, retail, nonprofit and legal services industries. The clients include Amerigroup Real Solutions, Donate Life Maryland and Armada Employer Services, which recently moved into a new, expanded office. 
 
Rooftop is located in two historic townhouses in Charles Village, totaling more than 9,000 square feet. It employs 14 and houses three cat mascots: Coconut, Bikini and Robert.

CEO Barbara Brotman Kaylor is a board member lf the Loyola University's Sellinger School of Business and recently won the SmartCEO Best Run Business award and was inducted into their Brava! Hall of Fame.
