Shine Creative is a video production and social media strategy firm that specializes in cinematic storytelling. Its clients include Pandora Jewelry, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, Harbor East, Under Armour and Saint Agnes Hospital. The Hampden company strives to connect a brand to its audience with films on the web, social media and in broadcast.
This year, the six-person firm launched a new website and is rolling out a major marketing and sales effort to focus on new business. It opened a satellite sales office in Boston to cover the Northeast region and recently partnered with a Los Angeles social media strategy team to help clients improve their social media ROI.
Shine Collective initially began as two companies. Melissa Kirby and Jamie Campbell owned the clothing boutique Shine Collective in Hampden while Campbell's husband, Drury Bynum, had an independent video business launched in 2006. After
wrestling with the retail economy for a few years, the two companies joined forces. In 2010, Shine Creative was
officially formed with Drury at the production helm, Jamie and Melissa in sales and marketing.
The company is always looking for freelance video camera operators, production assistants, editors, motion graphics designers, actors and models.
