A whole decade has passed since the CityLit Festival burst onto Baltimore's literary scene. Gregg Wilhelm's nonprofit CityLit Project produces the annual festival featuring famous writers, critically acclaimed poets, Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award winners.
This year's event takes place April 13. Speakers include fiction writer George Saunders; Jen Michalski, author of the novel "The Tide King"; memoir writer Jamal Joseph ; and magazine writer Karen Houppert. Poets laureate Stanley Plumly of Maryland and Dick Allen of Connecticut will read from their latest work. Check out the entire
