Join Heavy Seas Founder Hugh Sisson for a four-course meal at the
Oregon Grille in Hunt Valley May 1.
"Exploring Beer Styles From Around the World" starts with hors d'oeuvres and beer tasting at 6 p.m. on the patio. Dinner with Hugh Sisson starts at 7 p.m. in the dining room. Each course will be paired with a complementary Heavy Seas beer.
Dishes include a beer cheese soup, fried oysters and filet with seasonal ratatouille. Beer selections include the Cutlass Amber Lager, a Vienna-style lager, and 2010 Below Decks English-style Barleywine.
