Hats, beaded jewelry, leather handbags and metal sculptures are some of the items you'll find at the
Sugarloaf Crafts Festival in Timonium. It takes place April 27-29.
Craft demonstrations on making paper, pottery and spinning copper are part of the lineup, as are
musical performances by an acoustic guitarist and a jazz musician.
Adult admission is $9 at the door. You can save $2 by buying advance tickets online. Parking is free, as is admission for children under 12.
Sugarloaf Craft Festivals hold 13 annual shows in Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and Pennsylvania. The shows collectively generate more than $20 million in sales from 350,000 patrons. The Timonium show generated more than $1 million last year.
