Join Baltimore teachers, technologists, artists, public health officials and intellectuals at a day-long conference devoted to ideas on how to reconceptualize the urban landscape of Charm City. TEDxBaltimore: Baltimore Rewired will explore how leaders from a variety of industries are using technology and innovation to move the city forward.

Speakers for the event include former Howard County Health Officer Dr. Peter L. Beilenson; Dan Trahey, artistic director of after-school music program OrchKids; Evodie Ngoy, a high school student and filmmaker from the Democratic Republic of Congo; former NFL player and coach Joe Ehrmann; and University of Baltimore urban planner Seema D. Iyer. 

TEDxBaltimore is operated independently under license from the nonprofit TED. Started 26 years ago, TED speakers have included Jane Goodall, Sir Richard Branson, Bill Gates and Phillippe Starck.
