Step OUT: For Tips on Better Barbequing
Now that the temperatures have come down a bit, it’s time to have your summer outdoor party.
Learn how to perfect your summer cookout at Doing Ribs Right, a barbecue demonstration at the B&O American Brasserie
located in downtown Baltimore. Head chef Thomas Dunklin will show how to make the delicious ribs from the grill to the plate. He will also demonstrate how to create sides that best complement the main dish.
Head B&O Bartender Brendan Dorr will also be on hand to demonstrate how to make cocktails that pair well with barbecued food.
The event takes place Saturday, July 21 from 2-4 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person and $50 per couple. All guests will receive a bag of flavored wood chips and recipes from Chef Dunklin.
