The Center Club in downtown Baltimore is hosting its second annual benefit fashion show, Couture at the Club, on Friday, Nov. 16.
Proceeds from the event support
Suited to Succeed and Sharp Dressed Man, two nonprofits that provide clothing to career-minded men and women in need. Guests are asked to bring gently used business attire.
The evening will feature 30 models wearing designs by Theia, Gorski, and Mark & James, Badgley Mischka and other labels, along with jewelry from Tiffany & Co. Baltimore Sun society and fashion columnist Sloane Brown will emcee the event.
Suited to Succeed provides workshops and free profesional clothing to women who are transitioning to employment. Sharp Dressed Man is a nonprofit founded by the
Baltimore Fashion Alliance that provides business attire to men entering the workforce through
Helping Up Mission and Living Classrooms’ Mentoring Academy.
Tickets to the event cost $130 and include cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a dessert reception after the show. Tickets can be purchased by calling 410-727-7788.
