Juliana Childress and Laura Rosen opened their Timonium business Spa Seven in March 2012, offering manicures, pedicures, massages and skincare treatments. 

The spa this year opened its second location at the Green Spring Racquet Club in Greenspring Station. Spa Seven offers massages for Green Spring tennis members three times a week. Its main location is 2,250 square feet and houses three treatment rooms, a nail suite and a fitness studio that offers zumba, pilates, yoga, strength conditioning and dance classes. The business partners would ultimately like to expand the concept to other areas on the East Coast.

Childress and Rosen initially started the business by offering spa services within the practice of plastic surgeon Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez. He and Dr. Craig Suchin of Baltimore Vascular care provide cosmetic procedures for the 20-person spa.
